This is a weird week. I worked Monday and Tuesday, had Wednesday off, then worked Thursday and today. I can’t decide if I like the break in the week or if Thursday was really just a second Monday. Guess that depends if you are a glass half full/empty kind of person.

Mad About Leadership – this is a book excerpt, not long though only about three pages, about the lack of standards in the leadership industry. Very interesting read, I’ve put the book on my To Read list.
Microsoft’s Downfall – this is only an excerpt of the full article from the magazine but it packs a punch. Apparently Microsoft was big on stacked ranking…oh yea there is some other stuff in there about technology too.
